Interactive map help

Find the tool

Is this a free Phantom Blade Zero interactive map?

Yes. Use the map above to switch areas, zoom and inspect community-reported pins. The map and checklist are free; you do not need an app or account.

How do I show only Bells, bosses or weapons?

Choose an area in Map layer. Reset filters, then select the category you want. Multiple selected categories are combined; no category selected shows all types. On mobile, expand Categories · Your checklist to see the filters.

Can I search for a name?

Search matches names and descriptions in the selected area and works together with category filters. Try the source’s English name for community entries. No match does not prove an item is absent from the game; reset filters or try another area.

Checklist & saving

Does my checklist save without an account?

Yes. Mark a listed discovery complete; it saves in this browser and is shared across the site’s three languages. It does not sync between devices or read your game save. Clearing this site’s browser data removes progress. If storage is blocked, the map warns you that changes may be lost.

Can I hide completed markers?

Yes. Turn on Hide completed to focus on the remaining pins. Turn it off to see completed pins again. This only changes visibility; it does not erase your marks.

World structure: 8 regions, 9 mapped areas

Why does this map have 9 areas when the developer overview describes 8 regions?

The developer deep dive describes 8 interconnected regions, as reported by Epic Games Store. This site follows the community map’s 9 separately drawn areas, including separate Pangzhen and Mirage Estate maps. These are cartographic divisions, not evidence of a ninth official region.

Is there one seamless world-map screen?

The developer overview describes a connected world rather than a traditional open world. Here, browse the mapped world using the area selector above. Each area has its own drawing; there is no second full-map page. The in-game map provides navigation; this tool adds searchable community pins and your personal checklist.

Reliability & sources

Is this an official map, and how should I use an unverified pin?

This is an independent fan-made tool. All Things How supplies the community-reported positions; we have not independently checked every pin or route in-game. Game version and platform are unknown. Treat pins as leads, compare them with your game, and consult the source in the marker details. If a pin disagrees with your game, leave it unmarked and use About to report the discrepancy.

What 100% means here

Does completing the checklist mean game 100%?

No. The checklist percentage measures your manual marks against this site’s listed locations, across mapped areas. Search and filters narrow what you see, not that overall denominator. It does not certify every quest, achievement, ending or unlisted discovery, and it does not change the in-game completion display.

World-structure source: Epic Games Store’s August 19, 2026 report of the developer deep dive (checked November 1, 2026).

The source snapshot is dated October 30, 2026. Community coverage may be incomplete or inaccurate; it is not a complete game walkthrough. Start with the exploration briefing.

Does Phantom Blade Zero have an in-game map?

Yes. The official pre-release gameplay demonstration shows an in-game map. This is separate from this fan-made website’s map. The PlayStation gameplay deep dive at 07:02 shows an in-game illustrated map with icons, move and zoom controls, and a “Map Completion” readout. S-GAME also confirms exploration, hidden secrets and side quests in its official briefing.

We have not verified whether the final in-game map offers text search, category filters, missing-item hints, exact routes or prerequisites. These features remain unknown.

Can you return to earlier areas?

Yes. Phantom Blade Zero’s developer says bells allow a return to earlier areas. In the October 8 developer Q&A published by RPGamer, Soulframe Liang confirms that bells let you teleport back to previous areas. New main weapons and Phantom Edges can open previously blocked paths, making a return visit worthwhile.

How precise is Phantom Blade Zero’s in-game map?

In the October 8 developer Q&A, S-GAME describes Phantom Blade Zero’s ink-wash map as intentionally approximate: it gives a rough direction while leaving room for discovery. Defeating an area’s boss does not necessarily finish its exploration.

These pre-release explanations do not identify every locked path, required weapon or point of no return. Verified location notes will record known prerequisites; this site cannot yet provide a complete route or missables checklist.

Does the red thread lead to every collectible?

In Combo Infinito’s October 9 developer interview, Soulframe describes a red thread indicating the direction of the next bell. It does not establish every collectible’s location.

Where can I find important items, hidden areas and bosses?

Community positions are available in the map. A marker indicates a reported position, not a verified route, drop or requirement. Dedicated location guides require independently checked evidence.

Community reports can contain errors and do not establish full-game completion totals. Check the getting-started guide for what the developer has actually announced.

How does location search work?

Search by name or description and use categories to narrow the map. Select a marker to read its location notes, known requirements and source. A location with enough verified detail will also have a dedicated guide you can bookmark or share.

Category counts reflect the selected area. Search and category filters apply together; reset them to see all markers in that area.

How does the Phantom Blade Zero checklist save progress?

This site’s checklist stores progress in the browser you use, without an account or cloud sync. Mark a listed discovery complete and hide completed locations when you want to focus on what remains.

Progress is limited to the community and verified locations listed on this site. It is separate from the in-game Map Completion display and does not claim a full-game 100% completion total. Clearing site data or changing devices will not preserve your checklist; cross-device sync is not available.

Does completing this checklist mean 100% game completion?

No. A completed checklist means you have marked this site’s listed locations, not every discovery in Phantom Blade Zero. It does not read your game save, unlock achievements or change the in-game Map Completion display.

The official demonstration’s Map Completion readout is an in-game measure. Its final counting rules have not been verified here. Defeating a boss, exploring an area and finishing a website checklist are different milestones; none alone proves that every quest, item or ending has been completed.

How do I keep track of found and missing discoveries?

  1. Choose an area, search or filter its markers, then select a location to inspect its community notes and source.
  2. Mark that listed discovery complete, then hide completed entries to review the remaining list.
  3. Return in the same browser on the same device to continue your saved checklist.

The checklist records your own selections; it does not detect what you found in the game. There is no game-save import, account sync or checklist export. Keep separate notes for anything not listed here.

How do map layers and shared markers work?

The map supports zoom, drag and mobile gestures. Switch between available map layers, or share the address of an open marker to return directly to its details. You can also browse location names in the list below the map.
